Ascaris larvae migration does a liver - lungs - oesophogus route and is very painful and I've had it .... did it start with the feeling of a hundred of little barstads eating your liver? Anyway... the liver pain passes as they move on or die... most will die in your liver and on route... but they are very pesky and hang around a long time. I've still got them. They hang around the nape of my neck and in my lower face - but nowhere near as painful as they were in the liver. If this is what you've got.. you must have Ascaris in your body. What's happening with you now?
