Thank you Paulette :) Yes, I do believe taking the omegas at night is helping me sleep better. I think that the fat is helping to sustain my blood sugar. I usually eat dinner around 7 and include a good amount of protein and fat - like dark meat chicken with veggies, a bit of brown rice, and drizzled with olive oil. I may have a snack around 9 like a green apple with cinnamon. Cinnamon is also excellent for balancing blood sugar. Then I take my omegas right before I go to sleep, usually around 10 or 11. I've been sleeping through the night and not waking up starving and shaky.
