health vampires

the company I work for has so many sick,obese,and people who made bad choices in life. I have many hobbies but my biggest hobby is learning about health and staying healthy,looking healthy and feeling healthy because it is the most important exercise in life if you want to enjoy life till you are very old.
These people who are employed by this company I don't know, and don't do anything related to what I do and who are very sick, seem to stand around me all the time and I can feel there bugs jumping on me all the time. I can get sniffles at times and sometimes feel there symptoms for a few hours so I just try to stay away from them but then there they are, not talking to me but trying to get right next to me.
Is there anything to this in your opinion? maybe sick people try to suck your health from you for there benefit?
The last time I got sick was maybe 25 years ago but I can sense if a person is sick by being just 10 feet away and feeling there bad carma.
