Depending on the type of enema, having multiple bowel movements is normal. You said at least 20 per day but lasted only for 1 1/2 days and then, i presume, stopped. If this is was happened I would  not worry about it.

If you are still on pain killers, then you need to watch for constipation and if you do not have a daily BM do something about it.
