Candida, Bowel and Prostate Issues

This is my first post, so it would be great if I could introduce myself. I have been dealing with severe candida problems for a while now. Before this illness I was a 6 ft 2 in bodybuilder and tipped the scale at 235 lbs. I got an extremely severe case of food poisoning just a month after my senior year in high school (July 2011). For over a year I did the run around with brain scans, ents, and x rays until I found out I had leaky gut and was rather close to having a stroke.
As of now, I am 155 lbs and on my healing path to get my my life back. My candida was triggered by the almost deadly food poisoning, but I've also been on Antibiotics for almost my entire life. The candida escalated to the point where I couldn't leave my room, use the left side of my body (left eye, left arm, left ear, etc.) nor could I even look at the tv or speak to people. My brain fog was so bad I lost memories of my past and random facts about my life meant nothing to me. (like where I was born, hobbies, family members) Almost every symptom of candida that I've read about anywhere I have had. (No need to go into detail)

I've done a lot of healing such as getting rid of mercury toxicity (fillings and chelation), and using many herbs to cleanse the liver, blood, bowels, and urinary tract. I've been on a strict diet for 4 months now, and I feel somewhat better (I still have a weird stroke eye but oh well I can use the computer now without having a complete breakdown or freakout). I am using antifungals and probiotics and healing my leaky gut.

The problem is my bowels are very slow (Low Thyroid) and my prostate is so inflamed that I rarely have a movement (I urinate all day and all night). This is dangerous because of all of the toxins that I am not excreting plus it makes me nauseous, bloats me, and keeps me up all night (like tonight). I have used laxatives and bowel cleansers, but there is no point taking these if my prostate is in the way! If there are any recommendations or ideas for my prostate or bowels they would be much appreciated.
