Re: Womens Hair Loss...help

Sorry to hear. I'm responding with not any advise, but I have had thinning of hair and some loss, and very dry hair and skin into my 2nd year of severe adrenal exhaustion.
I understand too, being a woman, I love my long hair, as it is a womans crowning glory.

I too have done a lot of research and using only sulfate free, all natual shampoos with extra protein and biotin in it. I also use a very wide tooth comb and dry on a low setting.

There are many different reasons for hair loss, from what I've found.
May be you could find a good naturopathic dr. and see if there is a reliable test for any vitamin mineral loss. Hair anylisis from ARl would be a start.

I read of one woman in the UK, who was loosing her hair, but she had her ferritin levels checked ( iron defic.) and they were very low. She stopped her all vegetarian diet and started adding iron rich foods like eggs, red meat, spinach, cockles, etc. she did grow hair back. I have not had my ferriton levels checked yet. Should. This is only one womans story though.
