This is a touchy subject for me and one I do not speak of lightly. I am going to talk about very personal issues in a moment and so if you are offended by anything or can't be polite please discontinue reading this.

I have a number of cysts on my scrotum. I have seen doctors and they are not malignant or a sign of a STD. I am healthy otherwise. They just grew one day and have been there since. They don't cause me pain.

They are, though, unsightly and I am very embarrassed. It is difficult for me to be intimate with anyone because of them. It's a strange thing to have to explain and, besides that, they don't look nice.

I really want to get rid of them and I'm wondering if a Water Fast might help. Would you be able to link me to any good information about how to do a safe water fast? I am very interested in doing this, so please help me if you can.
