Re: good news - my cyst is melting

I must say I am worried about the day I break my fast and start eating again. Will it feed my cyst again? Also I am worried about how long will it take to get rid of this monster. Now that I know that Canola oil was a big culprit in my developing the cyst by deduction method, I can stay away from all foods that have Canola oil. I have been 90% raw foodist and vegetarian for life so I will not have problem eating organic nature made foods.

I would love to hear from people who have gotten rid of their cysts and cysts returning.
