I'd like to say that you should be having at least 6 glasses of the lemonade concoction daily but preferably 8 to 12... your body may be holding on to calories because you are not getting adequate caloric intake. Secondly, take into account how much water you are drinking on the lemonade diet excluding the lemon beverage. Your body may be retaining water. You should have as much pure water as you feel needed to quench thirst while on the lemonade diet. Also, although eliminations will be smaller than prior by day 18, there should still be bowel movements taking place of a liquid variety.
