Right now I basically eat tons of fruit all the way up till evening and then have a either a large salad or couple high-carb low-sodium cooked meals. Potatoes, rice, or whole wheat pasta. Dairy free. Some hard-boiled egg whites in the week. I feel best the more raw I go and trying to go more and more raw.
I'll either start the morning off with high-water fruit, like oranges or a melon to rehydrate from the night's sleep, or a green smoothie, like 5-6 bananas, 1 cup of blueberries, and 1 cup of kale or spinach. I like papaya in the morning too.
Most important is to eat as much until you feel full and get enough calories per day or you'll run into trouble.
