I take it at night and I take it first thing in the morning when I take my 2 teaspoons of clay. The clay absorbs part of it and acts as a buffer. Still get an occasional mild flush, but not like I did without the clay. 500mg time release + 100mg of non-time release. I decided to try this after reading that one should NOT take supplements at the same time as clay because the clay tends to absorb them.
