Just a reminder that our skin is our largest eliminatory organ, and sauna's are a terrific way to help out the process of detoxification and cleansing. If there are smelly toxins coming out of your skin, then why not help them along! Follow it up with a good scrub down and a shower, and you are guaranteed to feel fresh for a while.
Exercising to work up a sweat before hand just adds to this successful strategy!
