Re: benefits from brewers yeast-your opinion? Anyone else use?

We use Brewers yeast in our daily supplement regime. We definetly feel the difference in this product. The daily energy supply with it verses with out it is very noticeable. I have a son who is a meth addict. He has tried numerous times to stop using but seems to fail. Slowly he is coming around to the possibility that changing his nutrtion content from junk to life giving diet actually may help him in the long run. Brewers yeast is one of the supplements he uses daily and with the supplementation of b vitamins in him he notices a natural energy that makes him feel good and not want to use. It helps him sleep a more sound rested sleep. He too noticed a difference after the two or three days of using them versus any other vitamins he has tried.
He has been in jail for almost two months now on a probation violation and he requested I send him more brewers yeast. Gratefully the jail allowed it and I sent it. I have noticed that this time around in jail he seems more calm and capable of dealing with the confinement instead of like a panicky caged bird.
We could not be with out ours.
