Do you consider this a food? I have been taking it for only three days and wow, its the first "supplement" (or is it a food?) that Ive ever felt a major benefit from so quickly. My skin and hypoglycemia have improved greatly in such a short period, also sleeping very deep and feeling refreshed. Interesting thing though I got some strong symptoms of die off like I only get when I take herbal antifungals and garlic. Anyone else experience this?
Would love to hear of others experiences with brewers yeast.
