Yes even i feel that back when i was applying tacrolimus ointment o.1% w/w with other products i was simply peeling my lips indirectly i.e. while removing ICTYANE HD.

But the good thing is that after the treatment protocol that i had posted,i stopped getting that white gunk under my top lip after getting up in the morning. Also, now only the crusted area goes white after contact with water. The rest remains normal.
