Chipped Amalgam Leaking

I'm sure you guys have seen this post a hundred times but my Amalgam tooth cracked. the biodentist I can afford has an appointment 3 weeks away I'm not sure what the best way to dispose of the cracked Amalgam is or how to protect myself in the meantime

I'm thinking about looking around for someone to just pull it but I don't know the downsides other than infection. I've heard some people do oil pulling to sterilize with success but I'm unsure about it leeching while I have the others. It's a lower right molar so I don't know how it'll effect the bite if it's pulled or what's safe to replace the spot with.

should I wait the 3 weeks to see the bio dentist for just one cracked filling and all this exposure? look for a dentist under my insurance that will pull it straight out asap? or just drink schnapps, chug 50 pounds of chlorella and charcoal and take a chance i'll flush it out and protect my brain and maybe keep my tooth till I can get a better biocompatible fillings like cerca in the future

I know they say get them all out but I really wont have the money for that for maybe years and I'm wondering the leeching is safe enough to where I should just wait till they all go

-11 Amalgams since I was 14
-2 removed by laser by regular dentist was safer?
-was in best shape 5 months ago got nausea and fatigue
-stopped working out and was trying to resolve nausea with organic food and staying away from working out altogether until my immune was back lost maybe 8 lbs
- Amalgam broke
-now having transient aenemia symptoms and lost about 15 lbs but also stopped major protein consumption and changed my diet to prevent more leaching

-to catch amalgam leach I mouth rinse with DE all day and breath through nose as much as possible trying to avoid alum/fluoride if possible

-I'm avoiding vitamin c but have heard it's good from some bad from others. One first hand experience from a guy with Amalgams said he's always dosed with mega vitamin c his whole life and accredits not having any effects during or after removal to that but don't know. he was taking huge 20g doses. Taking that much scares me but I've never heard anyone just sticking to mega c permanently before

-Liquid diet, alkaline, no sulphers, no chewing, need minerals but don't know if taking iron or other minerals would make anemia worse. Really want to get in better shape but don't know if ph reaction would poison more or if it would help my blood count and heart since there would be more non mercury bonded blood cells available for oxygen or just chill out my anxiety causing less arrhythmia

Getting a hot sensation at the top of my scalp and getting brain fog don't know of it's in my head because I read symptoms but its been like that for the past 3 days. My insurance might cover getting them all out by drill for about $2000 but don't know if I'm gonna be seriously Ill
