AF and ringing ears/tinnitus?

I have had tinnitus that started a few months ago. It's gotten on my nerves to no end. I have heard it is a symptom of adrenal fatigue, which I was officially diagnosed a month ago, but have suspected it for several months. I was in college and late nights studying plus plenty of partying finally put me over the edge.

My question is does anybody else who has AF have ringing in their ears?

Or if anyone who has had it, did it go away with symptoms getting better?

Thanks guys. The web talked about how the HPA axis can get screwed up and cause tinnitus, and it's also pretty common with thyroid disorders. Hoping it gets better with improving conditions.
