I will reiterate Rule #1, the simplest and easiest way to stay healthy.

If your local News pushes it run away from it. When your local news calls it a placebo try and find as much of it as possible until the machine manages to remove it from the market.

Local news advises
[x] take vaccines
[x] you too need SSRIs
[x] food pyramid
[x] salt kills
[x] use tap water, bottles kill the environment
[x] margarine is just like butter
[x] take tons of vitamin d3, while your grocery store is jammed packed with d2 added to nearly all processed food and milk
[x] fluoridation is good for your teeth
[x] fluoridation is good for your baby, even with no teeth
[x] Iodine causes thyroid issues, stay away
[x] Iodine is used by the drug trade
[x] kerosene took down the twin towers
[x] your government loves you
