Update and New Question

Hi, I wanted to do a quick update. Probably about a couple days before my first post, I actually just put 10% povidone Iodine on my body, all over where the Psoriasis patch is.
the next day i'm pretty sure i experienced the die off syndrome. My head hurts so bad...
question is, when i get the Lugol i wanna try body painting first
how much do i use? I've read in the forum that some people use about 5-7 drops but my Psoriasis patch covers a good 30 percent of the front of my body!
Can anyone give me some suggestions?
