Lugol's Solution

I would like to know if it's safe to take the Lugol's Solution from Brightwell Aquatics? It just says 30ml...I have no idea what percentage it is.
I live in Taiwan and this is the only "Lugol's Solution" I can find.
The reason why I am wanting to try Lugol's is because I have huge Psoriasis plaques on my midsection as well as my right calf. I had them in other places too but over the course of one year, I tried all sorts of detox methods and they cleared up!
I go to the gym 4 days a week and I am seeing great results on my chest, arms, legs, but I just seem to have this rubber belly.
I saw somewhere that Iodine may also help wit getting rid of the belly so I really want to try!
Please also tell me if I buy this particular solution, how would I use it?
