HEART Palpitations...need some advice please
I have been having some really bad racing heart/heart palpitations that mostly occur at night..early morning. I just went to ER the other day and they did an ECG and sent me home with 24hr monitor. I see my doctor tomorrow.
My blood results showed some odd things:
High Creatinine Kinase 444 but the doctor said that could be from exercising last week at the gym.
I could really use some advice with supplements. I also take meds for bipolar and just recently quit wellbutrin xl after 3 weeks feeling like maybe that was contributing to it. SO I have been off the wellbutrin for 2 days now.
Here are my meds:
100-200mg of seroquel at night
10mg ambien (although i did not take last night and slept fine)
1 mg klonopin as needed a day
Here are my supplements:
Multi
B Complex 50
Selenium
5000, UI Vitamin D3 (although I stopped this for 2 days)
Magnesium 400mg
Biotin 10,000mcg
Folic Acid
Vitamin C 1,000mg to 2,000mg
methacobalmin 5mg b12
Vitamin E
L-Carnitine 1,000mg
Chromium Picolinate 200mcg (two times a day)
L-Tyrosine 1000mg
Gymnema 400mg (blood
Sugar support) 2 times day
Calcium citrate 630mg (at bedtime)
Lugols
Iodine (although dont use on regular basis painted some yesterday)
I started trying to clean up my diet some eating lower carb...not real low carb but more low gylcemic
Boiled eggs, greek yogart, banana (breakfast)
deli meat, cottage cheese, or cheese, apple, sandwhich (lunch)
dinner (chicken breast or red meat, pork chop etc..with veggies)
snack (veggies, fruit, or cheese)
Does anyone have any suggestions on what would be causing these. I know the seroquel can sometimes bring them on but normally that does not continue into the morning. I have tried more magnesium and it just give me diarhea if I take too much
I read something about too much vitamin d causing it so I stopped my supplement.
I am really scared. I am only 35 year old female what else could be causing this to continue....any suggestions.
