parasite/bacteria cleanse in Australia?

Hi everyone! I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on parasite cleanses like humaworm that I can get in Australia since i can't get humaworm here. I recently had a stool test done because my digestive problems came back after a while of going gluten free and they found salmonella. I was surprised as I never had any issues with diarrhea or vomiting I mostly have bloating, gas, sometimes constipation and a very small appetite. I'm concerned that I may have additional bacteria or parasites that are keeping me from healing and I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good product! Thanks a lot :)
