Good thinking out of the box Jameskep, I wish this thread had continued and gotten other input from people. I often wonder about the soluble/insoluble fiber issue. I can't touch soluble fiber products like psyllium, when I try them, even with TONS of water, I get worse candida symptoms for the next few days after trying that soluble fiber even just for one dose.
Insoluble fiber (the only pure sources I've found are cellulose, not methylcellulose for some reason, and wheat bran), never cause this problem for me.
