Hi Depressed,

I actually found an easy way to heat up vaseline today! I put vaseline in a small bowl about 1 inch long and then I boil about half a cup of water in a kettle and then pour it into a larger bowl and then place the small bowl into the larger bowl. Then I use a Q-tip to apply it to my lip but my skin is even too delicate for that and I have to dab it on very very very very gently.
