Alternating between water fasting and dry fasting.
Hello, I'm new to dry fasting and would like to know more. This is a very cool place and I am appreciative to all who post here. I would like to know about alternating between
Water Fasting and dry fasting.
I'm concerned with what I've read about
Water Fasting and how electrolytes are washed out (along with the toxins), which could sabotage the dry fast. On the other hand, a short
Water Fast before a dry fast would make sure the body has got rid of excess salt and other substances, which need water in order to be removed.
Would it be safe or dangerous doing something like this? (alternate between water and dry fasting numerous times, without eating). Also, if it is safe, what would be a proper amount of days to
Water Fast before attempting a 7 day dry fast?
1. 3 day water fast
2. 3 day dry fast
3. 5 day water fast
4. 5 day dry fast
5. and so on.
