Re: Iodine At Borderline Among Childbearing Women, CDC
Thanks Wombat, for the welcome and the added info. I actually had not heard of the 'fast food wrapper' link. Even though I don't touch that stuff, my husband sure does on the occasional lunch during the work week. Guess it's time to find that research and gently nudge him to read the data. I am a
Science nerd, and you can't argue with sound data (and honestly, common sense when it comes to fast food, which i don't even know how they get away with calling that 'food'!)
It is true, that I have learned way more than I ever expected re: conception and the delicate balance and miracle that is procreation. I am soooooo fortunate to have found this site. In addition to orthoiodosupplementation, I have added traditional fermented foods, quality fats, got another flock of hens, and more recently raw goats milk through a herdshare. I also appreciate the condolences. The first loss (the molar) was over a year ago, and it took some serious healing to get through. At this point though, I realize how much it has empowered me, really, to educate myself and make some seriously necessary lifestyle changes. In some strange way, I am grateful for the blessings that have come out of the struggle caused by the losses.
