I buy mine from UK, just put edible gold leaf in a search engine, and voila.

Reading about the benefits; gold have interested me for many years, I tried the Colloidal Gold before iodine. But I couldnt afford taking enough of it. I couldnt get hold of gold leaf back then either, so I gave up for a while. Now when everyone wants to be a super "chef" one can get it easily as it is a gourmet thingy.

If you are playing with spiritual development, gold has always been used for this. It has a high frequency. This was my main reason for gold-interest some years ago.
The reading I have done is about the homeopathic remedy (aurum met.)
colloidal gold, etherium gold (detoxyourworld has it in UK) Very little good info about the gold leaf itself.
I have been reading a little about the old alchymists; they used gold, sulphur and.. mercury. It facinates me, because I have no idea why!!
