I know this was an older post.. but I think my current exaccerbation is from killing a monster ascaris a couple of weeks back... I've been dealing with a war since then... I got a huge ascaris out with a vinegar enema.. and following that..... I've had a huge flare up to say the least... I had no idea about her existence until I did a coffee enema and felt her thrashing around...
