What are your thoughts on removing eggs from clothes and toilet seats

I was wondering what information you might have on removing eggs from your environment and from clothes? Will boiling remove eggs and larva? What do you use for surfaces, toilet seats etc?

After reinfection or eggs hatching again, I wonder what I can do to minimise reinfection. I have 2 cats as well...

I also read about contact with cleaning solvents and using latex in gloves and condoms promotes eggs hatching.

Has anyone avoided reinfection?
