My EC started in middle part of top lip as well. But it did not affect my bottom lip until about 10 years later. I do not know if my top lip is allergy related since it is raw skin and if I developed celiac disease when I got it on my bottom lip. In other words, I do not know if I have the same cause for my top and bottom lip. I mean 10 years is a long time. Please also clarify this when your derm.
