When my odor was at it worst when I lived in Texas, I could smell it sometimes and I just felt it radiating off my body, but since then I can't smell my odor, unless its the skunk odor-nobody can miss that. Recently though, I have started to get the itchiness in my throat that everyone gets when they're around me, but I can't smell an odor.
