Try looking into boron/Borax, reportedly fungals have a very hard time swimming and living in it. As for the parasitties that are a part of lymes disease, salt-pushing and oil pulling together with the greens-rich clean diet might just be the ticket. Salts alter the body climate (PH, etc) that the critters love, into one they can barely stand.
As for pain on L-glutamine at a high dose, I'm not wildly surprised- I've had adverse reactions myself to expectedly healthy things, such as vitamin D combined with magnesium. It was not bad to have that combo, but it was too stressful for my system when done without somewhere for the toxins to go.. and i had more to learn about how to detoxify the liver! Now i use dandylionroot/milk thistle tea, and I want to order home some b-100 complex and TMG (tri-methyl-glycine) to support the liver detox further.
The stumbling block with supplements is pretty much always that they're lacking their co-factors- and the state of your body dictates how much nutrient it can itself absorb and use- so sometimes less is more.
