Re: Day 34, Transitioning to refeeding today

For my first real water fast, I am very proud of myself and the help and support that I have been shown in the healings and recovery. Mentally, I feel fine but I am still fighting the nausea and vomiting and am now having dizziness, which for me, leads to small seizures/fainting. It is time to get to the store for grapefruit and organic vegetable broth to begin the restoration of my stores and also, to stop the acid from continuing to eat at my stomach lining.

This has been an incredible experience and I hope to do this again when I have rebuilt my energies and have continued my healing with more stretching and stamina.

I thank God for the strength and support, but it is time to transition to sustenance.

Overall benefits, 90% restored back, hip and knee flexibility and reduced pain, 32 lb loss, 20+ inch loss, most abdominal bloating and acid reflux/gastritis gone. BP way down. That is why I had to stop. BP was getting too low and I was beginning to experience dizziness and tendency to want to faint and not keep down liquids.
