Suggestions?

I have lost my faith and spirituality as a result of a very serious betrayal.  My blog, "Coping With Betrayal" spells it all out. 

I would like to read some suggestions on ways to rekindle that spirituality that I once held so dear.

And, no, I do not believe that God has punished me.
