Justice Finally!!

Hey all, I just wanted to give you the update. I do think justice has been served.

Its a little to late for me because I was raped when I was in middle school, and now I am middle aged, but it seems as though my rapist has gotten his just desserts.

He was convicted of domestic violence, and another rape about 12 years ago. But the real kicker came when an agent targeted him and sold him child p 0 r n.

Due to the violent content of the images, and the amount, PLUS his priors, the sentencing guidelines dictate a mandatory 10 year prison sentence. Additionally, the probate committee wants to increase his violent status in the system. Not only that, but due to the conviction, he may lose his rights to even be in the country!

The defense attorny is trying to suggest that he engaged in this disgusting noxious behavior because of a medical condition 4 years prior to him doing the act, and she is blaming his sick mind on Depression and this medical condition that caused this perversion. Additionally, she is trying to negate the prior convictions, and is disagreeing with "sexual predator upgrade".

I am not an attorney, but her claims seem baseless to me. Although he is having medical problems due to his alcohol abuse, (transplanted kidney) and the defense is claiming that the if sent to jail, he will die.

Well, that was the sentencing memorandum. the prosecution has time to decide how to respond.

In these cases 50% of the times, the judges deviate from the sentencing guidelines, but my rapist is actually a real rapist. He is not just some guy downloading p 0 r n.

He went out of his way to meet the agent/mail man, to have these sick videos of the prepubescent girls and boys delivered to him.

I guess these laws are so strict for a reason. Its hard to prove rape, but its easy to prove images downloaded on a computer.
