That seems to be okay, but I would omit the meat for quite a while, or any other concentrated food as they are difficult to digest, and will require much more energy to do so. The idea really is the conservation and recuperation of energy and esp' so during the refeeding period where digestion has to be re-nurtured back into full activity.
