I cringe every time I think of Antibiotics . When my son was born (my one year old), they told me that he had an infection, but were unable to culture it to see what it was. He was in NICU for 2 days with IV Antibiotics for 48 hours. I could kick myself for allowing that! But if I had only known then what I know now.....I never would have allowed that. I just wasn't thinking straight after 20 hours of labor. Surely that wiped out whatever good flora he had in his little baby body right from the start. He isnot yet as symptomatic and she is, but needs treatment as well.
I try not to dwell on the shoulda couldas, and concentrate on steps I need to take now to heal them. Tweet
