Iodine Poisoning

Hi, I was referred to you for some insight on this matter. Any feedback you could give would be greatly appreciated.

I started applying Lugol's with DMSO on some scar tissue several months ago. Around that SAME time I began having intense anxiety flare ups. Never ever made the connection. Went to shrinks, took prozac, valium etc. Didn't go away. I continued to slather copious amounts of Lugols 5% and DMSO on the scar tissue. Seemed like a good idea--everybody else on 'health'sites were doing it!

Now it's Dec 29 and I'm at my wits end. I FINALLY PUT 2+2 together today. I looked at my amazon order and it was from July 23 for the dmso and lugol's --- exact same time i started haveing the flareups

MY CONCERN--HAVE I DONE IRREPARABLE DAMAGE?
What can be done.

My symptoms are severe anxiety, depression and listlessness!
