Re: 32 hrs dry fasting. Headache but no thirst.

Now at 4.75 days dry fasting and still no thirst. Am very weak though. Standing and moving around is difficult due to weakness and dizzyness.

I would say it is going well as I haven't been hungry either. Tounge is still coated and breath still smells.

Going to keep dry fasting until I get true thirst then drink according to thirst, it seems the best way.

Does anyone have any information on what happens to the gut flora in this type of fast? Tweet
