Re: 32 hrs dry fasting. Headache but no thirst.

Now at 5.75 days dry fasting.

Still not thirsty nor hungry. Have been having a very dry mouth and some kind of achy circulation type pain in my left arm every now and then. Having pins and needles in my feet and arms occasionally and they are rather cold.

Still dizzy and very weak. Heart beat gets randomly strong sometimes and I get shortness of breath.

My tongue is still coated and breath foul. Sleep has been poor but I don't feel like I need it.

Been reading online that some other people have done this 28 day Water Fast for bloating issues (like me) and the bloating vanished whilst on the fast (like me) but returned as soon as the first ended. This is rather disheartening however there is only one way to find out if I will be the same and that is to complete the fast! Does anyone know what could cause the bloating to instantly come back?
