Test Results, High DHEAS/Testosterone/TSH, Low vitamin D. Help

Hi all, I'm new here. I wanted to share my test results in hopes someone can give me advice. I'm 31 years old and blood type A, I've read a lot about adrenal problems in A's lately.

About 6 years ago I was on Depo-Provera birth control. It ruined my life. I've spent the last 6 years trying to undo the damage. I gained 30lbs without eating unhealthy and can't loose it. My hair is always falling out by the hand fulls. I have fatigue and fibro symptoms. My adrenals/kidneys are starting to ache. None of which I ever had before that horrible shot.

I stay on a healthy Diet and try to stay active. I recently had some tests done by ZRT Labs. Here are my results. I couldn't copy/past the entire chart but will try to past this so it makes sense. I just want to feel better again.
