shud i continue to pull???

I have had teeth issues right from when i can remember....although for the past 10 years i have been taking better care of my teeth. anyways, on my last visit to the dentist, there were deep pockets around my teeth ranging from 3 - 8 mm. He said there is practically no bone left for my bottom 4 front teeth and that they r standing cos they r cemented by the plaque and tartar. his advice was to pull all of these out. I said i would think about it. This was around 6 months back.
around a month back, i felt one of these 4 bottom front teeth to be shaking and loose if i try to wiggle it with my fingers and freaked out. Stumbled here and started oil pulling religiously twice a day with sesame oil. after initial badly inflammed gums ( which i thot was healing crisis), things seems to be improving and the loose tooth also started feeling tighter. However for the past couple of days, it has become loose again. So, my question is..since oil pulling removes palque and tartar from deep down which was what is holding my teeth, my tooth is feeling loose?? should i continue to pull...i do not want to loose my teeth.BTW, there is no pain or sensitivity in the said tooth. Also was wondering, if oil pulling , if not reverses, can halt the progress of tooth decay. I mean can i maintain my 'dental health' as it is without furthur deterioraton, if not improvement???
