DNA is an amazing thing, and works together with RNA. What you're seeing there is clearly a change in brain health, so just continue!

One of the stories that goes tragically untold is that D3 is a direct activator and supressor of gene expression. It promotes what's good, and speeds the death of cancerous cells. It allows the pituitary and pineal glands to funtion properly, which beneficially effect every other bodily system.
Here's a good summation (mind you, there's some information-control at work there. They show a picture of a 400IU D3 bottle there, Dr. Canell uses 5,000IU as the minimum winter dosage for the case of a 200lb caucasian male below 30 degrees latitude.)
So out of curiosity, what's your cleansing programme? I'm doing milkthistle, dandylionroot, supplemental magnesium (1000 mg), zinc (30-60 mg), borax water, vitD3 5000 iu and a clean diet. :) (Oh, yeah, some niacin with food, oil pulling, magnesium oil on the skin. Sorta experimenting around.)
