The symptoms you described sound like hypothyroidism. Can you get checked for that? Also to help handle the chemicals you need to get off sugar, caffeine, and artificial sugars. I know this first hand! It doesn't matter that you could take them before. We could all handle them at one time or another, but when your adrenals and or thyroid starts failing you can no longer handle these things efficiently and you will get chemical sensitivity from consuming them.
I have had many years of experience with this and every time my chemical sensitivity gets worse I usually have been taking one of the above things. When I go off of them and take pantethine, vitamin c, consume protein and fat frequently, and take b complex faithfully I start recovering sometimes within days and before you know it I can tolerate a lot more things. I never recover a 100 percent from chemical sensitivities but it does improve a lot.
