Humaworm and Liver flush for Gall stones

I come to this forum as I have been suffering with gal bladder attacks for 1 year now - always triggered by fatty foods - and more likely at times of stress.

I am not in the normal demographic for gall stones – being male in my early 40’s - otherwise very fit - eating a very healthy low fat diet and no history in the family..

However after the fist attack in January this year I have had ultrasound scans – which show a thickening of the gall bladder wall( 3-5mm likely due to infection or irritation) and a few small stones in the gall bladder (3-4 less than pea sized)

However the attacks have been extremely painful – my GP and consultant say the only course of action is removal of the gall bladder - but I have a very active lifestyle and take part in several sports which require high levels of strength and fitness and I am very concerned I will not be able to continue with this without proper digestion due to loss of the gall bladder.

After reading on here – I am embarking on self treatment – at least to exhaust the options before going for surgery as last resort.

-first humaworm to remove parasites as suggested on this forum (I have travelled in Asia extensively – and note that parasites are one of the main causes of gall bladder attack there – whereas in the west its more associated with diet / lifestyle)

-then liverflush - per the humaworm site

I am also taking additional milk thistle for the liver and olive leaf to help with potential infection

I have a couple of questions I hope someone knowledgeable can help with

1, In the first week of humaworm I started having attacks after taking the daily dose of humaworm in the morning - I think it stimulated more bile to be produced which stirred up the gall bladder and causes a stone to get lodged (this is what fatty foods tend to do)
So I have resorted to spreading the dosage over the day - but still taking ˝ hour before meals - my question is will this still allow humaworm to function properly?

2, I am concerned about the liver flush also triggering a severe attack due to the fat content - normally the fat in say 2 eggs is enough to trigger an attack - or the roast potatoes in a roast dinner
So I think a cup of olive oil is very likely to do the same.
Is there anything I can do to maintain the effectiveness of the liver flush – but reduce the chance of severe attack ?

Does any one have any experience to share of their liver flush - with bladder attack?
