Re: Consistency isn't just the name of the game...Re: Keep getting hit with blackout/passing out

I'm doing as much liver stuff as I can I have to order a few things. You'll do best if you're consistent with whatever you're doing...add more as you can - but stay consistent until you're sure you no longer need to be!  I've pretty much lost my mind already.  Going back on benzos before I off myself.  I'm sorry to hear you've become that compromised & stressed.   One of the biggest diet mistakes one can make when dealing with mental issues is 'low fat' (our brains NEED fat).  Your posts show tons of stress (physical AND emotional/mental) - along with tons of jack-rabbiting around on the physical.  What are you doing (and what have you tried) with the stress & emotional/mental issues before opting to go back on the benzos?  I hope you've done plenty (and are staying consistent with Earthing, EFT, and avoiding EMF/wifi/cellphone frequencies).

Awww jboy, you've had SUCH a long/tough withdrawal and you finally made it through; I just hate to see you starting to take them again :(

Of course, you won't be the first (or the million & first) to reinstate.  Do your best to start at THE lowest possible level.

What do you mean by limiting diet? I'm doing the all fruit and veggie diet I dunno what else to do.  I mean ANY diet, particularly one devised by someone that doesn't have extensive experience working with seriously compromised people and 'curing the incurables') that limits the amounts/percentages of healthy foods you can eat.

my lliver felt very clogged but I don't see any jaundice but I just felt like everything is stuck inside me I'm going crazy..That can be because your liver is/was clogged or it can be because you "felt" like it was and were obsessing over it...or a blend of both.  Liver/gb pain; gallbladder attacks; flukes; light colored stools...all typical signs of liver & gallbladder congestion.

I dosed 1mg klonopin 2 weeks ago. And 4mg Valium 3 days ago. I just couldn't take it anymore but now I'm worse and dunno if I should take more Valium I think k I need to. And go slower. But I assume I can't just take a full dose overnight. I don't have access to more pills either so I'm very scared . Yes, for those 'in crisis' with benzos, the only proven way to successfully cut & recover is slowly & consistently.

If you're steady & consistent with your liver issues and stay on a healthy diet (like Dr. Christopher's Mucusless diet), then you'll ultimately be just fine.  If you start messing with the benzos without a prescribing physician, and get into trouble, you're risking a lot - that no diet or 'natural anything' can prevent.

jboy, no matter what you're feeling or predicting from the 'emotional tsunami' you're in the middle of - you do have 50-60 years of productive, healthy, vibrant life ahead of you!  That is REAL.  The tsunami & benzo symptoms WILL fade over time to nothing but a memory.  Focus on what is real.

Taking if1 and I just have some 2 year old if ultra I'm using. Castor pack
Light flush. Coffrr enemas. Need to find some milk thistle seed powder  IF#2 (particularly Ultra) will lessen the amount of benzo in your bloodstream.  Taking both at once causes you to be unable to know what results you're getting (or not getting) from whatever benzo you take.

Take care of yourself!

Uny
