my lliver felt very clogged but I don't see any jaundice but I just felt like everything is stuck inside me I'm going crazy..

I dosed 1mg klonopin 2 weeks ago. And 4mg Valium 3 days ago. I just couldn't take it anymore but now I'm worse and dunno if I should take more Valium I think k I need to. And go slower. But I assume I can't just take a full dose overnight. I don't have access to more pills either so I'm very scared .
