Yes, I do, but not every day because I forget or cannot be bothered. Then I get into an unmotivated mood the next day or two and I get annoyed with myself for not doing it, so I start again. On average I probably do it 3-4 days out of 7 and it almost always increases my calmness, motivation and the ability to concentrate.
I am right brain dominated and most people who have difficulty concentrating are the same. This is the only thing I have found that works.
