A brain clearing exercise that might help is "Super brain yoga", You hold your right earlobe between your left thumb and pointer finger while your arm is crossed over your chest. Then do the same with your right arm crossed over the top of your left and hold your left ear lobe. Keep you tongue against the roof of your mouth, take a deep breath in while moving down to the squatting position and let the breath out while standing up again. Face East while you are doing this and repeat 14-21 times, do it daily or twice daily.
