used to work great, loved the IF1. I developed some stomach/liver/gb pain and now it doesn't work as good, thin stools or watery, so i think inflammation.

I wasnt taking the IF2 though cause benzos, I wish I would've though. Now i just want to clean my colon but I cant get bowels to move in order to take the IF2 and IF1.

after reading UNYs reply below, i'll be working on the liver more, more CE's which i stopped cause thought they were congesting me more. and regular liver flushes.
